SSC REVERIFICATION AND PHOTOSTAT COPY OF VALUED ANSWER SCRIPTS

The Board of Secondary Education has released the Application for Reverification and PhotoStat Copy of Valued Answer Scripts (Xeorx Copies) of SSC 10th Class and Issued necessary Guidelines

Instructions to candidates regarding Re-verification of valued answer scripts and supply of Xerox copies
1. The candidates who want to apply for reverification of answer scripts have to apply in the prescribed format for the subjects, I language, II Language, III Language, Mathematics and General Science only.
2. Application format is kept in the website www.bseap.org
3. The prescribed fee for each subject is Rs.1000/-
4. The Xerox copy of the valued answer script will be sent to the candidate after re- verification.
5. The filled in applications have to be submitted in the counters opened for the purpose in the respective DEO’s offices only. No applications shall be entertained which will directly sent to this office by post.

6. The applications for Re-verification will be accepted up to 06-06-2012.
7. The candidate has to forward the application through the head master of the school concerned duly getting the photo attested which is affixed on it.
8. Candidates who applied for reverificaiton of marks need not apply for recounting of marks.
9. One Self addressed envelope of 12 X 9 ½ (book size) without stamps and another cover of 10 X 4 ½ with the address of the head master concerned.
10.The candidate has to enclose the Xerox copy of the hall ticket and dummy marks memo otherwise the application will not be accepted.
11.The prescribed fee has to be remitted through challan into the following head of account.

0202 - Education,sports,Arts and culture
01 - General Education
102 - Secondary Education
06 - Director of Govt. Examinations
800 - User Charges

12.Fee paid by way of Demand drafts and bankers cheques will not be accepted under any circumstances.
13.The appeal for undervaluation shall not be considered under any circumstances.
14.The provision of reverification includes the following. a) Re totaling. b) Whether marks for all answers are posted or not. c) Unvalued answers.
15.The Challans have to be paid by the individual candidates only and no group challans will be accepted.
16.Application for recounting will be accepted in the O/o Director of Government Examinations only.
17.There is no reverification facility for social studies.

PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING VERIFICATION/GENUINENESS OF SSC 
As per Rc.No. 02/A1-3/2012. Dated: 17.05.2012 of DGE, AP

(a) The Genuineness of a SSC issued by this office shall be obtained by the Employer of the organization where the candidate is presently working. The Employer shall send such proposal along with the original SSC issued by this office. The fee prescribed for this purpose is Rs.100/- which shall be remitted through Demand Draft drawn in favor of “Secretary to the Commissioner for Government Examinations, A.P., Hyderabad” from the branches of State Bank of India/State Bank of Hyderabad. The proposals requesting for the Genuineness of a SSC should be sent to the Additional Joint Secretary concerned of the district in this office i.e., Office of the Director of Government Examinations, A.P., Hyderabad.
(b) In cases of requirement, the individual (candidate) shall also obtain himself about the genuineness of SSC issued to him by following the above procedure.
(c) The Recruiting agencies / Government Agencies shall obtain the Genuineness on production of Xerox copy of SSC by sending the proposals on above lines. There is no search fee for verification of Genuineness in respect of Government Agency. The search fee prescribed for APSRTC for verification of certificates is Rs. 5/- for each SSC.
